If you are a business wanting to resell our bags, complete the wholesale information form below. Please complete all applicable fields in order to ensure prompt response. Once the information has been received and verified, you will be emailed a wholesale price list and an access code to the wholesale shopping cart, within 48 hours. To purchase Sherry H. Bags at wholesale prices, you must agree to sell them in a place of business such as a retail center, boutique, department store, or other approved venue. Minimum Orders The minimum order to receive wholesale pricing is 10 items. These items can be a combination of any of our product line including special editions. Shipping Policy Wholesale orders ship within 7-10 business days after confirmation of payment. larger orders may take up to 21 days, however, ample notification will be given in the event of such an occurrence. All merchandise is shipped via United States Postal Service ground service, unless otherwise specified by the buyer. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. International shipping is available and the costs associated will be provided with the purchase invoice. Payment Policy All wholesale orders must be Paid In Full! Funds may be wire transferred or paid through PayPal. After 5 "paid in full" orders have been completed, wholesale vendors may request purchase order submission, which will allow merchandise to be shipped with the balance due within 30 days. Returns & Damages In our continuous efforts of providing the highest levels of customer service, we offer a full refund for any purchases return within 3 business days of receipt. Merchandise must arrive in new condition and matching the shipping invoice. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and postage due shipments will not be accepted. Merchandise received after the refund period will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. In the unlikely event a product is received damaged, Sherry H. Bags will gladly replace all damaged items once it has been received in our offices. Shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer, however the replacement bag(s) will be shipped free of charge. |
