All bags in this website are all handmade and the fabrics are in limited quantities. Please remember that each order will be processed in the order it was received. If you placed an order and your bag was sold out after, we will promptly notify you by email and send you a refund. Shipping Policy Orders will be shipped within 4-5 business days after confirmation of payment. Orders will be shipped by USPS Standard and Priority Mail. All shipping cost is calculated for US and Canada. For international shipping, the rate varies in US dollars, please contact us at sherryhbags@yahoo.com for pricing. Shipping cost is calculated by the weight of the item and the zipcode of the destination of the package. SHIPPING COST: pouches -- $2.00 purses, handbags, totes -- $5.00 Diaper bags -- $8.00
Returns & Damages In our continuous efforts of providing the highest levels of customer service, we offer a full refund for any purchases return within 3 business days of receipt. Merchandise must arrive in new condition and matching the shipping invoice. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and postage due shipments will not be accepted. In the unlikely event a product is received damaged, Sherry H. Bags will gladly replace all damaged items once it has been received in our offices. Shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer, however the replacement handbags will be shipped free of charge. |
